Financial Stocks Mainly Higher in Early Trade

Financial shares were mainly higher in early trade on Wednesday. In financial stocks news, Fidelity National Financial’s (FNFV) said Wednesday its board has approved a tax-free plan to distribute all 83.3 million shares of Black Knight Financial Services (BKFS) that it currently owns to FNF Group (FNF) shareholders.

Fidelity National Financial’s shares were 0.7% higher at $13.55 in early trade. The stock has traded between $8.38 and $13.75 over the past 52 weeks.
